Usain Bolt still has the most appropriate first initial / last name in the 2008 Olympics. After winning the 200 yard dash in 19.30 seconds he proved all his doubters wrong. And, by doubters, I mean people who were hating on him for letting up at the end of the 100 meter dash, when he ran a World Record of 9.69 seconds. Following the 100 meter race, Usain Bolt said he was saving himself for the 200 meter dash. Afterall, Michael Johnson held the 200 meter World Record with a time of 19.32. The record is twelve years old. Usain Bolt is 21 years old. Do the math. Anyway, Usain Bolt claimed the 200 meter dash World Record, by running a 19.30 second 200 meter dash. Therefore, U. Bolt was saving himself for this race. So, stop hating. Stop acting a fool. Or, I’ll get U. Bolt to run you down.
By the way, 200 meters in 19.30 seconds is equivalent to two 9.65 100 meter dashes. Guess what? The other day, Usain Bolt set the World Record at 9.69. In other words, OF COURSE USAIN BOLT CAN RUN 100 METERS FASTER! However, like I said, he’s only 21. He needs to leave himself something else to accomplish. He broke a 200 meter record that many thought wouldn’t be broken for ages – that was the important one. By the way, he ALSO broke the 100 meter record. However, some time between now and the next Olympics, he’ll have something to do – best his own 100 meter record. So, stop hating. He’s merely pacing himself and providing himself attainable goals. So, back off! Usain Bolt knows what he’s doing and you’re opinion doesn’t matter.
